Our Recruiting Process

Application
When we receive a request from an employer to fill a vacancy, we find out all the details and form a vacancy on our website. All applicants can send their CVs, and we will select the most relevant ones.

Primary Interview
We invite selected candidates for the initial interview to conduct an initial assessment of your skills, work experience, personal qualities. We can conduct interviews by phone or Skype call, as well as in person at our office.

Reviews
At this stage, we seek feedback from previous employers. Our task is to confirm the data that the applicant indicated in his/her resume and during the initial interview. We take a responsible approach to recruiting.

Background Check
We cooperate only with those candidates and employers who comply with all labor laws in the United States. We inspect all official documents that you submit to us, including diplomas of education.
05.
Technical Interview
We organize technical interviews with candidates who have successfully passed all previous stages. At the technical interview there are representatives of the company - this may be a team lead, project manager, etc.
06.
Job Offer
After the technical interview, we select one, the most suitable candidate and help the company to create a full-fledged job offer, and stipulate the remaining nuances between the two parties. Our goal is the satisfaction of the hiring process.
